How many times have you caught yourself telling yourself (or someone else)...
“I’ll start when things calm down” OR
“I’ll start when I’m in a better place” OR
“It’s ok, this is more important, I can start next _______ (i.e., Monday, month, year…)”.
Now you find yourself weeks, months or maybe years away from the first time you said ‘someday’, and you still haven’t started on whatever it was that would’ve made you happier, healthier or your life better.
I understand. I’ve been there.
We have been taught to give and give to others in the name of love but are rarely taught to INCLUDE OURSELVES in that giving.
But we can’t pour from an empty cup and repeatedly attempting to do so leaves us chronically depleted and, if we're being honest, resentful.
Now midlife has swooped in, and you’ve noticed your changing attitude.
You:
-
Are no longer willing to sacrifice yourself for everyone and everything else.
-
No longer accept being placed at the bottom of your priority list.
-
Care far less about disappointing others and more about disappointing yourself.
Basically, you have no more f*cks left to give!
Yet you find yourself struggling to break free from the deep-rooted patterns and habits those years of putting yourself last have created.
You may have a beautiful vision for what you want to do and create for yourself, but you get overwhelmed when you think about starting or you can’t figure out how to fit the vision into your current reality.
That does not mean you’ve failed or this change isn’t for you. It may just mean you need to start smaller, smaller than you think and definitely smaller than you want. Ask me how I know. 😉
In this workshop you'll:
This workshop is for you if you:
-
Have said ‘someday’ so many times it's started to feel like a lie you tell yourself.
-
Go all in or not at all and are exhausted by both.
-
Are stuck in the gap between wanting to change and knowing how to actually start.
-
Have started and stopped so many times you’ve stopped trusting yourself to finish, and you want that trust back.
-
Tell yourself small steps have always felt like they don't count, and you're ready to find out they do.
Have been waiting for the right time, the right energy, the right circumstances and are ready to stop waiting, this workshop is for you.

Your Host
Hi, I’m TJ!
As a Self-Relationship Coach for Midlife Women, I work with big-hearted women who are ready to use life transitions, like kids leaving home or a divorce, or the upheaval of peri/menopause as a catalyst to turn inward and create a beautiful relationship with themselves. I guide them back to their bodies, their truth and their radiance.
I take a spacious, whole-body, self-reflective, compassionate approach where women can see and feel what it’s like to have someone show up for them and begin to keep something for themselves instead of giving it all away.
