I work with midlife women who feel disconnected, have lost their spark or are going through a life transition who feel called to reconnect with their body, heart and soul to feel alive again in a life that feels aligned, intentional and truly their own.
I combine my previous background as a former yoga teacher and yoga therapist with life coaching and my lived experience to help women choose themselves, take up space and unapologetically remember that they matter.
